Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AutoSiteAI at getautositeai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

AutoSiteAI uses AI to generate website content, copy, and design based on your business description. Generated sites can be published to a subdomain on our hosting infrastructure. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis; AI-generated content may require review before use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content for:

• Adult entertainment, escort services, or pornography
• Illegal goods or services (drugs, weapons, hacking tools)
• Fraud, pyramid schemes, or financial scams
• Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence
• Impersonation of any person, company, or government entity
• Spam, mass-marketing abuse, or automated scraping
• Any purpose that violates applicable law

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Like a streaming service, there are no prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Payment and refunds

All charges are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Initiating a chargeback for services rendered constitutes a breach of these Terms. We log all platform activity and will submit usage evidence to Stripe to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the business information you provide. You own the generated website content and may use it for any lawful commercial purpose.

By using the Service, you grant AutoSiteAI a limited licence to store and serve your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your specific business content to train AI models.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Website content is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or using it commercially. AutoSiteAI makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Hosting and published sites

Published sites are hosted at [subdomain].getautositeai.com. Active subscriptions are required to keep sites published. Cancellation or suspension results in the site going offline. We reserve the right to suspend or remove sites that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSiteAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by nature survive termination (content ownership, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) shall survive.

11. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by local law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
