1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AutoSiteAI (“Service”) at getautositeai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

AutoSiteAI uses AI to generate website content, copy, and design based on your business description. Generated content is stored and can be published to a subdomain on our hosting infrastructure. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis; AI-generated content may require review and editing before use.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

You must create an account to save sites and publish them. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content for:

• Adult entertainment, escort services, or pornography
• Illegal goods or services (drugs, weapons, hacking)
• Fraud, pyramid schemes, or financial scams
• Hate speech, harassment, or violence
• Impersonation of any person, company, or government entity
• Spam, mass-marketing abuse, or automated scraping
• Any purpose that violates applicable law

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the business information you provide. You own the generated website content produced for your account and may use it for any lawful commercial purpose.

By using the Service, you grant AutoSiteAI a limited licence to store and serve your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your specific business content to train AI models.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

Website content is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or information unsuitable for your specific business or jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or using it commercially. AutoSiteAI makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Published sites may be temporarily unavailable during infrastructure maintenance.

8. Hosting and published sites

Published sites are hosted on our infrastructure at [subdomain].getautositeai.com. We reserve the right to suspend or remove published sites that violate these Terms or applicable law. Active subscriptions are required to keep sites published; cancellation or suspension results in the site going offline.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSiteAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Chargebacks and refunds

All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Initiating a chargeback for services rendered constitutes a breach of these Terms. We log all platform activity and will submit usage evidence to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by nature survive termination (content ownership, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) shall survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AutoSiteAI is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by local law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
